We started as a project to create a new concept in Mexican cuisine, providing the freshest, homemade ingredients and giving the community of Jamul a place to enjoy an exquisite meal in a family atmosphere.

EL CHEF MARTIN WORKED IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF KITCHENS OVER THE YEARS. IT WAS IN GEORGE'S AT THE COVE IN LA JOLLA, ONE OF THE MORE RECOGNIZED KITCHENS WHERE HE WORKED AS A CHEF DE CUISINE, THAT HE MET JAIME LOPEZ. AFTER WORKING AT GEORGE'S, THEY DECIDED TO BEGIN THIS CULINARY ADVENTURE TOGETHER.
